Once design work is completed we are going to provide referrals for trusted builders with the skills and availability to execute the design. Additionally we will assist you in reviewing bids from those contractors and stay involved as quality control throughout the building process. 

 

While most companies locally hope to earn your construction project by providing an abbreviated design service this common practice in the Richmond, VA area has the potential to cause more conflict to the integrity of the design than it does opportunity. Salesmen will always think about their best interest before their clients’. Margins are king and that is all that matters when approaching a project from this angle. Keep in mind that a design/build company is only going to design for you what they think they can sell to you.
